[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention is a construction block for constructing the walls of a building, such as a concrete block or a ceramic block such as a fired ceramic block, and a deformed brick block, in which the interior of the block is particularly penetrated. The present invention relates to a building block having a cavity opening on the outer surface thereof.

Conventionally, when stacking the blocks, a plate-shaped pad made of cardboard or ceramic material is applied to the opening of the cavity to close the opening and prevent mortar from inadvertently flowing in or being filled. However, it is extremely inefficient to block each block opening one by one at the construction site, and it is easy to make mistakes such as pads coming off during construction. When a pad is attached to the block in advance, there is a drawback that the pad may come off during storage or transportation.

The purpose of this invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional method. The manufacturer attaches pads to blocks in advance at the factory, closes the cavity openings, and then performs the work of installing pads at the construction site by stacking the blocks. To provide a construction block which can efficiently perform block stacking without the need for a pad and which prevents a pad from being accidentally removed when filling a reinforcing bar part with concrete or the like.

In addition, the left end wall 1 surface 2 has a vertical surface 2a in a portion corresponding to the cavity 5, a slope 2b projecting obliquely outward from the partition wall 4 in a portion corresponding to the equal cavity 6, and a rear outer surface 8. slope 2
The part corresponding to b is extended to the left from the front outer surface 7, and among the left and right ends, the left end that corresponds to the corner of the beam, window, and wall is made into a round shape with the front part as if it were cut out. In addition, on the inner surfaces corresponding to the front and rear outer surfaces 7 and 8 of the cavities 5 and 68, six strips 11 and 11 are provided at required intervals in the longitudinal direction. Reference numeral 12.13 denotes a pad that closes the opening of the through cavity consisting of the cavities 5 and 6. These pads are formed into a substantially oblong rectangular shape using bullet plates such as iron plates or hard composite or resin plates. The spacing between the left and right inner surfaces formed by the thin grooves 11, 11 of the through-hole is made slightly wider than the opposing distance.

The pad 12 has a U-shaped recess 14 in the center with a depth sufficient to fit and hold the partition wall 4, and gently extends forward from both rear edges of the recess 14. The left and right parts 15 and 16 of the curved plectrum are extended symmetrically,
The narrow grooves 11 are formed on the left and right edges of these left and right parts 15 and 16.
At the same time, reinforcing ribs 18, 18 are formed on the upper and lower edges of the recess 14 and the left and right parts 15, 16, and the left side of these ribs 18, 18 ,
The cavity 5 is located in a portion corresponding to approximately the center of the right parts 15 and 16.

The pad 13 has a substantially U-shaped recess 22 in the center with a depth sufficient to fit into and support the partition wall 4, and the recess 22 has opposing left and right sides 22a,
The right side 22b of 22b is slightly longer than the left side 22a, and from the rear edge of these left and right side parts 22a, 22b,
Left and right portions 23 and 24 of a plucked shape that are gently curved are extended forward, and claw pieces 25 and 25 that engage with the narrow grooves 11 and 11 are provided on the left and right edges of these left and right portions 23 and 24, respectively. They are lined up.

The reason why the right side part 22b is made slightly longer than the left side part 22b is because this pad 13 is connected to the cavity 5, as will be described later.
This is to prevent the claw piece 25 of the right part 24 from inadvertently protruding from the left opening of the cavity 6 when it is attached to the left opening of the cavity 6.

That is, in order to attach the pad 12 to the right opening of the cavities 5 and 6, the claw pieces 17 and 17 of the left and right parts 15 and 16 are attached to the cavity 5.
, 6 are engaged with the respective thin grooves 11, 11 on the inner surface of the engaging pieces 19,
19 are engaged with the upper and lower inner surfaces of the cavities 5 and 6, and the recesses 14 are forcibly fitted to the position where they abut against the partition wall 4, and the left, right parts 15,
This is done by slightly bending and tensioning the four parts 16 and fitting the four parts 12 into the partition wall 4.

As a result, the partition wall 4 is exposed from the window holes 20, 20, and each claw piece 17 engages and presses against the narrow groove 11 due to its elastic force, and the engaging piece 19 engages and presses against the upper and lower inner surfaces of the cavities 5, 6. In addition, the pad 12 is securely attached to the right opening of the cavities 5 and 6 by the concave portion 14 holding the partition wall 4.

Moreover, in order to attach the pad 13 to the left opening of the cavities 5 and 6, the claw piece 25 of the left part 23 is engaged with the narrow groove 11 of the cavity 5,
The engaging claw 25 of the right part 24 is engaged with the narrow groove 11 of the cavity 6, and the retaining pieces 19.19 are engaged with the upper and lower inner surfaces of the cavities 5 and 6 until the recess 22 comes into contact with the partition wall 4. Forcibly fit,
This is done by slightly bending and tensioning the left and right parts 23 and 24 to fit the recess 22 into the partition wall 4.

Due to the above, the left and right openings of the cavities 5 and 6 are formed by pads 12 and 13.
Although it is closed by the upper and lower inner surfaces and the rib 18
, 26, a gap corresponding to approximately the height of the engaging piece 19 and 27 is created, and the gap is in an open state. In the gap pad 12, the small circular hole 21 is opened and is not completely closed. .

However, this arrangement was made because when the blocks 1 were stacked at the required positions of the building and the reinforcing bars were filled with concrete, mortar, etc., the mortar flowed into the cavities 5 and 6 from the open parts. However, since the fluidity of concrete etc. is relatively low, there is no risk that the cavities 5 and 6 will be filled with a small amount of inflow and the insulation effect will be impaired. Not only will this increase and strengthen the bond between the two, but pad 12,
This is because when molding 13 with laminated resin, the material can be saved by forming the above-mentioned open part, but when press punching a metal plate, the material is Since the saving effect cannot be expected much, circular small hole 21.

Further, the concrete filled in the reinforcing bars adheres to the partition wall 4 through the window hole 20, and also adheres to the narrow grooves 11, 11 on the inner surface of the cavities 5, 6 and hardens, and the corresponding block 1
This increases the contact area between the two and strengthens the bond between the two.

As is clear from the above, according to the present invention, the pads can be reliably attached and fixed by engaging and press-welding the claw pieces arranged in a row on the pad with the narrow grooves arranged in a row on the inner surface of the cavity of the block. Since the pads will not come off accidentally during storage or transportation, the pads can be installed in advance at the manufacturer's factory, etc., making it unnecessary to install the pads at the construction site and allowing block construction to be carried out efficiently. At the same time, filling the reinforcing bars with concrete, etc. will prevent the pads from coming off carelessly and causing concrete, etc., to inadvertently flow into or fill the cavities, and it will completely fill the necessary cavities and improve the insulation effect of the block. etc. will not be damaged.

In addition, there is no risk of the pads falling off accidentally during construction, so when filling concrete into areas with vertical reinforcement, for example, the concrete can be thoroughly and carefully rammed without worrying about the pads falling off. Therefore, there are advantages such as preventing the formation of slabs or cracks in the concrete part and not damaging the strength of the reinforcement part.

Furthermore, in order to attach the pad, the claw pieces are engaged with the narrow grooves, forcedly fitted into the openings, and stretched, and then bent slightly to allow the elastic force of the pad itself and the tension between the claw pieces and the narrow grooves to be applied. Since this is carried out using interlocking pressure welding, the installation work is easy, and it is also economical because no special installation members such as adhesives, nails, rivets, etc. are required.
