Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）密閉された匣体と、この匣体内をバッフルにより
    排気ガスの流れ方向に４分割して交互に形成した第１、
    第２の拡張室及び第１、第２の共鳴室と、上記第１の拡
    張室及び第１の共鳴室を貫通して第２の拡張室に多数の
    小孔を介し連通ずるインレットバーイブと、上記第１、
    第２の共鳴室及び第２の拡張室を貫通して第１の拡張室
    に連通するアウトレットパイプと、上記第１及び第２の
    拡張室間を連通ずる排気ガス通路を形−成し、かつ上記
    第１の共鳴室のポートを形成する多孔性焼結金属製パイ
    プとからなる機関用消音器。
  2. （２）上記インレットパイプ及びアウトレットパイプが
    、それぞれ第１又は第２の拡張室と連通ずる短絡孔を備
    えていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載の機関用消音器。
