Abstract

PURPOSE:To classify and collect mist accurately in a simple structure, by a method wherein plural jacket pipes are connected and a space between the inner diameter of the injection orifice of a nozzle arranged in each jacket pipe and a mist collector is gradually made small to introduce a mist containing gas. CONSTITUTION:When plural jacket pipes 1-6 are connected in a detachable manner and the introducing port 10 of the jacket pipe 1 is opened to suck a mist containing gas from a suction port 13 provided to a suction cover 8, the sucked gas is injected toward a mist collector from the nozzle 21 of the jacket pipe 1 and large diameter mist particles are collected by a collecting plate 40. Other mist particles are flowed into the next stage jacket pipe 2 to collect mist by a mist collector 32. In this case, the distance between the inner diameters 21a-26a of the injection orifices of the nozzles 21-26 are gradually made small and mist with smaller particle is collected toward the posterior stages. Mist particles impinged on the disc 31 of each dust collector are flowed into a mist sump 50 through a rising wall 42 and a mist downflow hole 43. The flowed liquid droplets are weighed to subject the mist to classification measurement.

In recent years, it has become necessary to classify and collect mist in order to perform open-air analysis of mist. For example, the mist discharged from the outlet of a scrubber widely used in dust removal equipment and desulfurization equipment needs to be classified and collected in order to evaluate the sexual properties of the scrubber.

On the other hand, as a device for classifying and collecting dust, for example, a device called a cascade impactor is conventionally known. This device ejects gas containing dust from a nozzle, collides the dust with a collection plate placed opposite the nozzle, collects the dust on the collection plate, and connects the nozzle and collection plate to the nozzle. By gradually decreasing the diameter of the filter and the interval between the collecting plates and providing the filters in multiple stages, it is possible to classify and collect the -F dust on each collecting plate. However, when such a dust collection device collects mist or dust containing mist, the liquid that accumulates on the collection plate due to the offshore of the mist is drained from the collection plate by the jet stream from the nozzle. Therefore, if the dust contains mist, the above-mentioned dust collection device cannot be used.

The present invention d1 makes it possible to classify and collect mist or dust containing mist by improving the collecting plate in such a dust collecting device, and in which a large number of sleeve tubes are connected so as to be able to be connected and separated, An inlet for introducing gas containing the mist to be classified and collected is provided in the cannula at one end, a suction cover with a suction port is connected to the cannula at the other end, and a nozzle is fixed in each cannula. At the same time, a mist collector is arranged opposite to the spout of the nozzle t1-1, and the inner diameter of the spout and the interval between the spout and the mist collector are changed from the mantle at one end to the mantle V-+ at the other end. The above-mentioned mist collector is made smaller than Hirohara, and the above-mentioned mist collector is equipped with a rising wall around the disk facing the nozzle, and a mist flow hole is bored inside the rising wall. It is characterized by being composed of a mist reservoir attached to the back.

As shown in detail in the figure, it consists of a collection plate 40 placed opposite (4) to the ejection port of the nozzle, and a mist reservoir 50 attached behind the collection plate 40. A standing wall 42 is provided around a circular plate 41 made of stainless steel or the like, and an appropriate number of mist flow holes 43 are bored inside the standing wall 42, and upper and lower mantle pipes are provided. A plurality of leg pieces 44 are provided around the disc 41 to project in a radial direction, and a mist reservoir mounting wall 45 surrounding the mist flow hole 43 is vertically provided on the lower surface of the disc 41.

On the other hand, it has 50 mist reservoirs fixed to the mist reservoir mounting wall 45 with screws or the like, a container-shaped container 51 made of stainless steel, etc., and air vent holes 52 are bored at appropriate positions around the container. These air vent holes 52 are for discharging the gas that has flowed in together with the liquid from the mist flow hole 43 of the collection plate 40 to the outside, so that the liquid accumulated in the container 51 flows out from the air raid vent hole 52. In order to prevent this, it is necessary to provide an air vent hole 52 in a position that is difficult for the liquid in the container 51 to access, such as behind the mist reservoir mounting wall 45, for example.

- In a mist classification and collection device with a fertilizer composition,
With the inlet 10 in the cannula 1 open to the gas containing the mist to be classified and collected, the W in the suction cover 8 is opened.
When the gas is sucked from the drawstring, the gas is ejected from the nozzle 21 in the cannula 1 toward the mist collector 31, and mist particles with a large inertial force, that is, mist particles with a large particle size collide on the collection plate 40. 1 collection plate 400
Following the circumference, the mist flows into the next-stage cannula 32. Collection of the mist is repeated in the same manner as in step 1-1. In this case, since the inner diameter of the nozzle nozzle is gradually reduced and the distance between the nozzle and the collection plate is gradually reduced, mist with a smaller diameter is collected toward the later stages. In other words, the mist is classified and collected in the multistage cannula.

Colliding onto the disk 41 L7'r, the mist particles become elongated as they are integrated with the riveted mist particles, but the droplets formed thereby are exposed to the airflow ejected from the nozzle, and the droplets are exposed to the collection plate 40.
It will be suppressed to around 0. However, since a rising wall 42 is provided around the circular plate 41 and a mist flow hole 43 is bored in the inner wall (1), the droplets are suppressed by the airflow ejected from the nozzle and flow into the mist flow hole 43. There is no possibility that the mist will flow into the mist reservoir 5o and be scattered elsewhere.

The droplets that have flowed into the mist reservoir 50 are removed and weighed after a required period of time, thereby allowing the mist to be classified and measured.

As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, a dust collection device that cannot be used for collecting mist is used, and the collection plate is replaced with a mist collector having a simple structure. With this, mist can be classified and collected simply and accurately.
