Abstract

PURPOSE:To use one film for color calibration and printing, by recoloring one sheet of light transmission colored film used for other purpose, using it for color calibration, and also using it as a light shielding printing film. CONSTITUTION:On a photosensitive film 3a having one sheet of image 2a, a negative film 1 is exposed, by which a developed film 3b having a fixing image 2b is obtained. It is treated by a colored liquid in a vessel 6, and a color calibrating film 3c having a blue image 2c is obtained. Subsequently, it is treated by a colored liquid 9 in a vessel 8, a light shielding printing film image 3d having a black image 2d is obtained, and it is used as the printing film 3d. In case of a conventional method, 2 sheets of the color calibration 3c and the printing 3d have been required, but since the color calibrating film image 3c is recolored and used for light shielding, photograving can be executed by one sheet of film.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention is capable of reattaching transparent colored film images that have been used for other purposes and making them light-shielding, so that they can be reused as a single sheet for printing. This invention relates to a plate making method in which a plate is made using a film of 7.

Colored films are used for printing, printing, piping, electrical wiring diagrams, maps, ceramics, electro-ex, and printing.
It is often used in plate making, but in order to create multiple versions, it was necessary to print a colored film onto a silver salt black and white film and then create an original plate from this silver salt black and white film. Therefore, an intermediate silver halide black and white film is required, labor and time are required, and the cost is too high due to the rising price of silver worldwide.

In the plate making of 111 color separation marks used for color printing, when performing simple color proofing using overlay-type colored film images, conventionally, for each color separation, a translucent photographic film image for color proofing and a translucent photographic film image for color proofing were used. , at least two light-blocking silver halide film images were required for printing the printing plate.

Here, we will introduce a plate-making method in which the color proofing film image created for each color separation is recolored to make it light-blocking and reused for printing, making it possible to make a plate with one sheet of film. Here are some examples.

By exposing a printing plate material (12), for example, an aluminum plate (10) coated with a photosensitive film (TL) and dried, using this film image (rod) for printing, a color separation printing plate can be made.

As described above, according to the method of the present invention, during plate making, 1
Color proofing film image (
As 3C), after being used for color proofing, it can be reused for printing as a printing film image (3D), so only one film is required for plate making, saving costs and eliminating light shielding in the conventional method. Since the step of creating a film image for printing is omitted, the plate-making step can be shortened.

In addition, although the treatment was performed using a black coloring agent in the above example, the coloring liquid does not have to be black. For example, for a cyan plate, if it is red, the result will be black. Even for the magenta version, if it is red, the result will be red. In short, the result is +J from blue light.
It only needs to be opaque to V light. Also, if you use Sumi, you don't have to do anything.

Furthermore, in the above example, in order to create an image area of a color proofing film, an image is created with each cyan, magenta, and yellow dye, and then a photosensitive film that has been dyed in advance is exposed to light. Of course, it is also possible to remove other unnecessary parts (non-obstructed parts).
