Abstract

PURPOSE:To stably transfer a cargo in a belt conveyer device which holds and conveys the cargo to a high place, by supporting an inner conveyer belt to an endless belt in which many driven trucks are connected by links. CONSTITUTION:An inner conveyer belt 2 in a duplicatively moving range A of both conveyer belts 1, 2 is supported to an endlss belt 12 constituted by connecting many driven trucks 10 by a link 11 on an endless running path formed by a guide rail 9. The outer and inner belts 1 and 2 advancing on a curved path in a perpendicular surface are endlessly moved respectively by driving pulleys 15, 18 and accompanied moving on the belt 12 in a state of holding a cargo 5. In consequence, the cargo 5 held betwen the belts 1 and 2 is integrally moved with the both belts 1, 2 in all parts with no suspicion of being stripped off.

2. Description of the Related Art A device is known in which an outer conveyor belt 1 and an inner conveyor belt 2 sandwich coal, ore, etc., and convey the material directly upward. In this belt conveyor device,
By keeping the radius of the loop (curve) in the overlapping passage area A of both conveyor bells 1.2 to approximately % of the lift height, it is excellent in that it is possible to continuously transport the cargo to a high place directly above it. There are advantages.

However, in the apparatus shown in FIG. 1, the outer conveyor belt l and the inner conveyor belt 2t-, the part shown in the direction of the arrow in FIG. As shown in the enlarged cross-sectional view in Figure 3, furthermore,
As shown in the enlarged cross-sectional view in FIG. 4, in the area shown by the arrow (■) in FIG. 1, the outer conveyor belt 1 and the inner conveyor belt 2 are supported by U-trough forming rollers 3 and 4.

In particular, in the overlapping passage area A of both conveyor belts 1 and 2, the back surface of the inner conveyor belt 2 is only supported by the roller 3, and since the roller 3 is a roller supported in a fixed position, the outer conveyor The loaded object 5, which is sandwiched between the belt 1 and the inner conveyor belt 2, is moved to the roller 3.
The fatal flaw was that each time the conveyor belt passed, it was squeezed downward and gradually moved downward, eventually protruding from between the two conveyor belts to the side.

That is, in the apparatus of the present invention, power is applied to the outer conveyor belt 1 and the inch conveyor belt 2 that hold the cargo, but the endless belt 12 supporting the inch conveyor belt 2 is free, and the inch conveyor belt 2 is free. Because it moves following the conveyor belt 2, the inch conveyor belt 2 moves smoothly without pulsating or swinging in all directions in the overlapping passage area A where both conveyor belts 1 and 2 overlap. Let's do it.

As is clear from the above description, in the device of the present invention, the endless belt supporting the inner conveyor belt moves together in the overlapping passage area where the outer conveyor belt and the inch conveyor belt overlap each other. There is no risk of the cargo being held between the conveyor belts and being sent directly above being dropped, and both conveyor belts run without meandering through the overlapping passage area, allowing for continuous, smooth, and highly efficient handling of loose materials. It is possible to obtain excellent effects such as being able to stably transfer materials to a high place directly above.
