らのパルスに関連する実車速関連パルスをプログラムの
実行によって発生するマイクロコンピュータと、 マイクロコンピュータからの駆動用信号によってスロッ
トル弁を駆動する手段とを含み、これによって実車速が
設定車速となるようにスロットル弁の開度が自動制御さ
れ、さらに、マイクロコンピュータから導出される実車
速関連パルスを受信する周波数／電圧変換器と、周波数
／電圧変換器からの出力をレベル弁別する回路と、 レベル弁別回路からの出力に応答し、車速検出手段から
のパルスが予め足めた周波数末端であるときにスロット
ル弁駆動手段を不能動化し、これによってスロットル弁
の開度が小さくなる不能動化手段とを含むことを特徴と
