Claims (1)
させる設定車速を記憶する記憶回路と、前記実車速が定
速走行させたい車速に達したときに作動させ前記記憶回
路にその車速を記憶させる車速設定手段と、前記実車速
と前記設定車速を比較してその差により得られる駆動信
号を出力する比較回路と、前記比較回路からの駆動信号
によりキャブレータを開閉駆動して車速を設定連速に保
つアクチュエータとからなる車両用定速走行装置におい
て、前記車両の運転者に覚醒確認動作を求−め覚醒が確
認されないときに居眠りをしていると判断して出力する
居眠り状態検出器と、前記居眠り状態検出器の出力を一
定時間だけ遅延させる遅延回路と、前記遅延回路が出力
したときに前記比較回路からの前記アクチュエータへの
出力を遮断して定速走行制御を解除させる解除手段とを
設けて構成したことを特徴とする車両用定速走行装置の
