    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 本体内に変換機構が設けられ、上記本体の一側部に低圧
    側の測定圧または大気基準圧を受ける受圧膜が設けられ
    、上記本体の他側部に高圧側の測一定圧または測定圧を
    受ける受圧素子が設けられ、上記本体の一側部に上記受
    圧膜を覆うように７ランジが設けられており、上記受圧
    膜および受圧素子で受けた圧力の差を上記変換機構で電
    気、゛空気圧、力、光などの検出信号に変換する差圧・
    圧力伝送器において、上記フランジの内側面を上記受圧
    膜の通常使用時における最大膨出位置と上記受圧膜の破
    損する前の極限膨出位置との間に位置させたことを特徴
    とする差圧・圧力伝送器。
