    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内燃機関の排気還流パイプの開閉を制御する排気還流バ
    ルブの弁体を作動させるためのダイヤフラムの上方に、
    ダイヤフラム室と連接させて瞬時大気開放用の電磁弁を
    設けるとともに、該電磁弁の弁体よりもダイヤフラム室
    側にエア抜き口を設け、該エア抜き口を負圧源に接続し
    てなる内燃機関の排気還流バルブ装置。
