    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. エンジンの排気ガスの一部を吸気系に再循環するように
    設けられ弁座に対し開閉する弁本体を有する弁杆と前記
    弁杆を弁杆ガイドを貫通して軸線運動するダイヤフラム
    作動手段とから成り、前記作動手段は吸気圧を受けるバ
    キューム室と大気＆と連通ずる開口を含む空気室とを有
    する排気再循環用制御弁において、前記空気室の一口に
    耐熱性フィルターが設けられていることを特徴とする排
    気再循環用制御弁。
