Claims (1)
よって達せられるようになっている歯車変速機の変速操
作機構において、前記所定の変速段を得る第１のシフト
ロッドと、後進段を得る第２のシフトロッドとにシフト
ブロックを摺動可能に支持し、該シフトブロックに前記
第１、第２のシフトロッドに設けた溝に交互に係合可能
の第１、第２の係合片を前記シフトロッドど牟行な軸を
もって回動可能に支持し、該第１、第２の係合片をばね
によって前記第１のシフトロッドに設けた溝に付勢係合
させ、前記第１の係合片が係合する前記第２のシフトロ
ッドの溝は、前記第１のシフトロッドの前記所定の変速
段へのシフト方向運動に対して前記第１の係合片が外れ
るように溝の側壁に傾斜面を形成するとともに、前記第
１の係合片がシフトアームの後進段へのセレクト操作に
よって、−前記ばねに抗して前記第２のシフトロッドの
溝に係合し、前記第２の係合片が係合する前記第１のシ
フトロッドの溝は、前記第２のシフトロッドの後進段へ
のシフト方向運動に対して、前記第２の係合片が外れる
ように溝の側壁に傾斜面を形成したことを特徴とする歯
