第1、第2のシフトロッドに設けた溝に交互に係合可能
の第1、第2の係合片を前記シフトロッドど牟行な軸を
もって回動可能に支持し、該第1、第2の係合片をばね
によって前記第1のシフトロッドに設けた溝に付勢係合
させ、前記第1の係合片が係合する前記第2のシフトロ
ッドの溝は、前記第1のシフトロッドの前記所定の変速
段へのシフト方向運動に対して前記第1の係合片が外れ
るように溝の側壁に傾斜面を形成するとともに、前記第
1の係合片がシフトアームの後進段へのセレクト操作に
よって、−前記ばねに抗して前記第2のシフトロッドの
溝に係合し、前記第2の係合片が係合する前記第1のシ
フトロッドの溝は、前記第2のシフトロッドの後進段へ
