Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit checking of the presence or absence of any damage in a detecting head and the calibration of its sensitivity without using standard test pieces by calibrating the sensitivity by the use of the reflected light from a part of the surface of a test paper table of a reader for chemical color test paper. CONSTITUTION:The operator sets chemical color test paper 1 immersed in a test soln. on a test paper table 2 then pushes a switch for starting of reading. At this time, the part of the leading end 2a of the table 2 is under a detecting head 4 for reading. The head 4 reads the reflected light in this part and detects this as sensitivity characteristics. The table 2 is moved by a table driving screw 5 and when a position detecting block 3 detects the location of prescribed test paper pieces 11, 12, 13- to right under the head 4, their coloration is read, and the characteristics thereof are measured. True value characteristics are determined by integration of these characteristics. Thus the costs for addition and sticking of the test pieces are omitted.

を読取る処で、光源ランプ、検知すべき色の波長に対す
る分光器例えばフィルター等、受光素子、それ、らを機
能させる電気回路等からなる。これら構成部品は損傷、
特性、よごれによる通過率減少、ドリフト等の発生をさ
けることが出来ないので、読取検知を行うに先だって、
損傷による機能の喪失の有無、及び読取感度特性の把握
を行うことが必要になる。即ち読取作業前に呈色読取検
知ヘッドは基準となる反射光に対する読取感度特性を知
り。

験紙片が読取検知 ヘッド4の真下に位置させられ呈色
読取りが行われその特性が計測され、これらの特性が綜
合されて真正値特性が得られる。
