Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to effect the calibration of a chemical color read sensing head by means of a reflected light, by providing a reflecting plate 7 on a guide plate, opposite to the sensing head. CONSTITUTION:A reflecting plate 7 is installed on a guide plate 5 on a test paper table 2 for carrying a chamical color test paper 1 to under a read sensing head 4. With the test paper 1 impregnated with a liquid to be inspected set on the test paper table 2, a read starting switch is depressed. In responce to this, a read sensing head 4 reads the light reflected by the reflecting plate 7 and grasps reference sinsitivity characteristics. The test paper table 2 is moved to locate either of small pieces of test paper 11, 12... directly under the sensing head 4 thereby to carry out reading of chemical colors.

するっ ここにいう呈色試験紙読取装置は呈色試験紙の被検液に
よる発色の色相及び度合いを検知する装置のことであり
、呈色試験紙は被検液の成分及び濃度により2発色の色
相及び度合いを異にする幾つかの試験紙小片を帯状の合
材に貼りつけたもので、被検液の成分及び濃度の測定に
用いるものである。読取検知ヘッドは上記のような発色
を読取る処で、光源ランプ、検知すべき色の波長に対す
る分光器例えばフィルター等、受光素子、それらを機能
させる電気回路等からなる。これら構成部品は損傷、特
性、よごれによる通過率減少、ドリフト等の発生をさけ
ることが出来ないので読取検知を行うに先だって、損傷
による機能の喪失の有無、及び読取感度特性の把握を行
うことが必要になる。即ち読取作業前に呈色読取検知ヘ
ッドは基準となる反射光に対する読取感度特性を知り、
その値を基準値として試験紙片の読取値の較正を行う。

射光を読取り、基準感度特性を把握する。つぎに目標の
試験紙小片11゜12の何れかが読取り検知ヘッド4の
直下に位置させられて呈色読取りが行われ、見かけの呈
色特性が得られる。これら両特性を綜合して真正特性が
得られる。
