    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 石英管部と上記石英管部より熱膨張係数の大きなガラス
    管部とから構成され、上記熱膨張係数の大きなガラス管
    部において、リード線を兼ねた電極を封止した発光管中
    に少なくともＴａのハロゲン化物を含む封入物および希
    ガスを封入してなる紫外線光源。
