This selectively permeable membrane is used to screen out unnecessary organic components in body fluids and blood, and its substance permeability is determined by the physicochemical material of the membrane, but it also depends on the bore size. It can be used as a standard. For example, when collecting only plasma components, the pore size of the membrane that does not allow blood cells and platelets to pass through is 0. /~/, 0! 1 m is effective, and if a serum sample free of fibrin and fibrinogen is required, the bore size force o
It is effective to use a membrane that does not allow albumin to permeate with a pore size of 30 nA or less. To collect the P fluid, place the distal end with this membrane in the canal or subcutaneously, and apply negative pressure to the dividing mouth end J with a pump or the like, and the pressure difference will cause the P fluid to pass through the membrane. It oozes out from the blood vessel into the collection tube.

As shown in FIG. 1, only the part to be indwelled in the living body may be thin, and the suction port on the opposite side may be thick.

There is a two-part metal needle 6,6' longer than the vibrator on the outer periphery of the small-diameter vipco, and a plastic sheath 7,7' is provided on the outer periphery to hold the two-part metal needle together. . FIG. 3 shows a state in which the collection tube set of FIG. 1 is assembled and punctured into a blood vessel. After puncturing, the sheaths 7 and 71 can be torn into pieces by pulling out the tabs r and r' of the plastic sheaths, respectively. When the metal needle 6.61 is divided into two parts and withdrawn, only the inner small diameter pipe 2 remains in the vessel, as shown in the figure. According to this method, during puncturing, no pressure is applied to the lumbar region from the tip of the small-diameter vibrator, so the membrane does not tear.

If a body fluid stagnates on the outside of the membrane, the membrane will become clogged and the transmissibility will deteriorate, so a structure in which the outside surface of the membrane is washed by the flow of body fluid in the blood vessels is preferable.
