PURPOSE:To improve a performance of the heating operation by a method wherein air blowing outlets through which air is passed by a fan are arranged at a position in the reflection plate where it is oppositely faced against the heater, the blowing ports are not seen from the front surface and the increase of temperature of the blowing air as well as an expanded range of the hot air are performed.
