ができなかつた。前記のように建物外壁仕上げ面
を加熱し、その面の温度を測定することによつて
外壁仕上げ部の欠陥の有無を診断する場合、その
診断を正確にするためには外壁仕上げ面を平均加
熱する必要があるが、従来のヒーターではそれが
