Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は容器の開口部と同じ形状にした蓋体の内面に接
着剤を塗布して容器の胴部周面に仮接着して置いて使用
時に之を剥離して開口部の鍔縁に移して貼着し、開口部
の全面を蔽う様にした蓋のある容器であり、この蓋付容
器はその中に収容した物を容器内に密封して外部と完全
に遮断し、その逸出の防止を計るものであり、この容器
は主として医師が診断上行われる検尿時の尿水採取用に
使用せられるものである。
従来検尿に際して使用せられる採尿容器はその構造が一
般に蓋のない広口の開放容器であり、この開放容器に於
いては容器を転倒させると汚物である尿水を流出するこ
と・なり、又尿水入りの容器を持ち運びする時には容器
外に尿水を散乱させるおそれがあり、その取扱いには常
に慎重を要するばかりでなく、容器に蓋のないことは塵
埃、具化が混入するおそれも亦あり、之が検査の結果を
まどわせることもなるものであって採尿後の取扱いが簡
便で安全、且つ衛生的である。
採尿容器の開発が医師と医療品取扱業界に於いて斉しく
求める所であった。
鼓に本考案の実施例を添附図面により詳述すると円筒形
でコツプ状の容器本体１の開口部２の全周面に鍔縁３を
形威し、この開口部２を蔽う形状の蓋体５の内面に接着
剤層６を被威し、この蓋体５を容器本体１の胴部４の周
面に仮接着するものであり、符号７は剥離用の摘み部で
あり、８は採尿者の氏名を記載する記名部である。
又Ａは尿水である。
尚、容器本体１の材質を紙で作る場合に於いては蓋体５
の剥離性を良好にするため容器本体の表面の離型剤を塗
布して離型処理を施すものである。
次に本容器使用の態様を説明すると開口部２を開放した
状態に在る容器本体１の中に尿水を注入して容器内に尿
水を採り、胴部４に仮接着した蓋体５を摘み部７を指先
で摘まんで容器本体から剥離し、蓋体の接着剤層６を開
口部２の鍔縁３に重合して開口部２の全面を蔽う様にし
て貼合させると容器本体１と蓋体５とを密着して容器内
に収容する尿水Ａは容器を動かしても誤って転倒させて
も散乱、流出することがなく極めて安全且つ衛生的であ
り、其の取扱いを容易にするものである。
又、蓋の一部を突き破って小量宛の尿水の取出しも亦可
能であり、尿水の諸検査に適応し、併せて排棄時に尿水
の散逸を防止するものである。
然してこの容器は使用前には蓋が胴部に一体に接着し、
開口部が開放状態に在るため重ね合せて容積を縮少して
収納が出来るを以って携帯、格納に便利であると共に常
に蓋体が容器本体と共に存在して随時、随所に使用が出
来る等の作用効果を具備し、極めて有用且つ進歩した技
術考案である。

  1. 容器本体１の開口部２全周面に鍔縁３を形威し、この開
    口部２を蔽う形状の蓋体５の内面に接着剤層６を彼我し
    てこの蓋体５を容器本体の胴部４周面に仮接着したこと
    を特徴とする蓋付容器。
