Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 光高温計を用いた測温装置で、測温領域内の測温体
の光を連結装置により測温領域外の前記光高温計に伝達
させることを特徴とする測温装置。 ２ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項の記載において、測
温体と光高温計を結ぶ連結装置は、高融点の材質からな
る導管と光ファイバーの組合せで構成されることを特徴
とする測温装置。 ３ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項の記載において、測
温体と光高計を結ぶための導管は、シリコンまたはシリ
コンカーバイドからなることを特徴とする測温装置。
