パルス発生回路、６はプリチャージ回路、を夫々示して
いる。

Claims (1)
- ドレインが信号源に遮り、ソースからサンプリング信号
が取り出されるＭＯ３Ｔから成るサンプリング回路に於
て、上記ＭＯ３Ｔのゲートにサンプリングパルスを印加
すると共にこのＭＯ３Ｔのゲートとソースとの間に生じ
る寄生容量と等しい容量値を持つ補償容量を介してパル
ス発生回路並びにプリチャージ回路を接続して成り、こ
のパルス発生回路は上記信号源からの信号を入力とする
と共に上記サンプリングパルスの立ち下りに同期して立
ち上るパルスを発生し、また上記プリチャージ回路はサ
ンプリングパルス立ち上り時に電位を零レベルに戻す働
きを為す事を特徴としたサンプリング回路。
