Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. (1)接線方向に設けた取水管と、少くとも一部は液面
    より下にある浄化水の排水口と、ガイド要素としての旋
    回フラップが前にあるスカムの抜出し口とを有する少く
    とも一部が円弧形の平面形状部分を有するタンクからな
    る水または下水から沈澱物および/またはスカム、特に
    砂を分離する分離装置において、 抜出し口12が弁13を有し、旋回フラップ15は液の
    流れ17からそれた休止位置15′と、抜出し口12の
    前方の除去位置との間を−旋回して移動可能としたこと
    を特徴とする分離゛  装置。・
  2. (2)実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)の分離装置におい
    て・ −排水口14はスカシを保留する浸漬壁を有する分離装
    置。
  3. (3)  実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)または(2)
    の分離装置において、 排水口と、抜出し口が隣接し、旋回フレツブ15の旋回
    軸16が上記両口12,14の間に配置され、旋回フラ
    ップ15は休止位置15′で排水口14の浸漬壁を形成
    する分離装置。
  4. (4)実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)、 (2)、 (
    3)のどれか一つの分離装置において、 弁13は旋回フラップ15の下端縁まで降下可能である
    分離装置。
