3の相互位置が検出できるよう任意の位置に非接触式近
接センサーを取付ける。又、所定のタイミングが得られ
るよう2と1との任意位置に位置1検出装置を取付けし
ておく。次に第2図に示すように第1図で説明した近接
センサー出カと、位置検出タイミング信号以後の信号処
理構成を示す。6が近接センサー人力であり7で増幅さ
れ8でA / D変体される。
