  1. 円筒状突出部が形成されたロアブラケットと、該ロアブ
    ラケットの前記円筒状突出部に遊嵌されたターンブラケ
    ットと、該ターンブラケットと前記ロアブラケットとの
    間に配設されたボールと、前記ターンブラケットを上方
    から押さえるように前記ロアブラケットの前記円筒状突
    出部に固着されたアッパブラケットと、前記ターンブラ
    ケットに配設されたロックプレートと、該ロックプレー
    トと前記アッパブラケットとの係脱を行うハンドルレバ
    ーとを有し、前記ロアブラケットがボディ側に取付けら
    れ、前記ターンブラケットがシートクッション側に取付
    けられたシート回転装置。
