There are many products that are colored, and even if they are colored, they do not have a metallic luster, and the present invention does not have a metallic luster. The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for producing a record disc that satisfies consumer demands by making the entire surface of the record disc have a metallic luster.

Even if there were a metal plate that made it possible to form sound grooves, if the metal plate was left exposed, it would be oxidized by surrounding oxygen and humidity, and its initial luster and color would be lost. In addition, it is difficult to obtain a desired color.

However, the metal surface has wrinkles and unevenness, which prevents it from being a beautiful metallic shiny surface, and the production yield is poor, making it unsuitable for practical use.

Ru. In this invention, as a method for manufacturing illustrated record discs, a substantially circular plate is placed on a flat circular transparent thermoplastic resin sheet.
Printed paper or photographs with a picture, letter, code, etc. are placed on one side of the board in concentric circles, and a block of transparent thermoplastic resin in an arbitrary shape is placed on top of that and pressed using a par press. This is a method for manufacturing a pictorial record in which sound grooves are formed on one side that is heated and cooled (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 55-2291
(Refer to Publication No. 8)゛. Therefore, as a result of various researches into whether it is possible to produce a record disc with a metallic luster by using a disk with a special metallic luster instead of the printed paper or photograph in the above invention, the present invention has been developed. The disk having metallic luster is obtained by depositing a highly reflective base metal layer such as aluminum on one side of a thermoplastic resin disk such as polyester having a predetermined thickness. When a record was manufactured using the above manufacturing method using a resin film coated on both sides of the desired transparent color, it was found that the sound groove itself was extremely durable and there were no wrinkles or irregularities on the reflective metal film. Moreover, the metal layer is free from discoloration and fading - a record with metallic luster has been successfully produced.
