The applicant has already proposed a large-scale outer enclosure such as a roof or wall using long and large construction boards that also serve as a structural material from the viewpoints of workability, strength, price, etc. We are developing various products. There are also some that have a heat insulating material attached to the back side. However, if the construction site is remote or the area around the construction site is narrow, it will require a lot of money to transport large, long insulating construction boards produced at a factory, making the overall construction cost relatively high. There were some inconveniences. This problem can be solved by providing a joint, but since the insulation material is attached, joining with rivets will not only damage the insulation and the material, but also make it look unsightly. , through its rivets,
It had the disadvantage that outside air was conducted through it, reducing the insulation effect by half.

Therefore, in the present invention, a slope portion having a relatively high height is formed outwardly upward on both sides of the bottom portion, a top portion is formed outside the upper end of the image slope portion, and a top portion is formed inwardly from the outer end of the top portion on the − side. An inverted joint part is formed outward from the top of the other side, and these parts are made of a large metal construction board, and the bottom part 1 and both inclined parts 2
A heat insulating material is pasted on the back side of both tops except for the ends in the longitudinal direction to form a large heat insulating building board, and the large heat insulating building boards are placed opposite each other at an appropriate distance in the longitudinal direction, A metal joint plate with sloped parts and a top part formed on both sides of the bottom is attached to both ends, and the joint plate part is covered from the back side with a heat insulating cover plate with a heat insulating material affixed to the inner surface of the metal plate. By fixing the metal parts together, the metal parts are joined together.
The strength of the joint can be maintained, and with the presence of the heat insulating cover plate, the finishing from the back side can be done neatly, and the heat insulation effect of the joint can be improved, and the ability to connect on-site makes it easier to transport, etc. This makes it suitable for handling, and in turn reduces the construction cost of a large heat insulating envelope, eliminating the above-mentioned drawbacks.

As described above, in the present invention, the heat insulating material 6 is attached to the back surface of the large metal construction board except for the longitudinal ends of the bottom part 1 sloping part 2, 2 top part 3, 3, respectively. A metal construction board is used as a construction board, and the insulation large construction boards A and A are arranged opposite each other at an appropriate interval in the longitudinal direction, and sloped parts 8, 8 and top parts 9, 9 are formed on both sides of the bottom part 7. By fixing the joint plate B and fixing it so as to cover the joint plate B part from the back side with the heat insulating cover plate C which has the heat insulating material 12 attached to the metal plate IIF, the heat insulation of the joint plate C part is achieved. Performance can be significantly improved. That is, insulating large construction boards A, A
The mutual joint is connected as a large metal construction board and a metal joint plate B, and the insulation cover plate (C) end does not touch the metal material and covers the joint plate B to improve thermal conductivity. It can be made extremely small, and the joint plate B can provide extremely good heat insulation performance. Furthermore, the outside air temperature is blocked at the heat insulating joint location, eliminating the cold bridging effect and preventing dew condensation from forming on the back surface of the heat insulating cover plate C. In addition, since the metal plates are fixed to each other at the joint part of the joint plate B, even if they are fixed with rivets, the heat insulating material 6 will not be damaged, or heat conduction from the rivet parts can be prevented. The provision of the heat insulating cover plate to cover the heat insulating cover plate C not only improves the architectural beauty of the heat insulating joint, but also allows for easy and quick construction of the heat insulating joint, even if it is large. The heat insulating large building board A constituting the present invention has sloped parts 2, 2 which are relatively high in height outwardly and upwardly formed on both sides of the bottom part 1, and the slopes 2, 2 are formed outwardly from the upper ends of the sloped parts 2, 2. Top 3,3
It has a large construction board in which an inward welding joint 4 is formed from the outer end of the top 3 and an outward welding joint 5 is formed from the top 3 on the other side. Plate B and its large construction board have the same section modulus, and their joints are subject to external force (
Sufficient tensile bending stress and compressive bending stress are applied to the material (vertical load), making it strong. For this reason, even if the joint structure is used, the function as a structural material, which is particularly possessed by insulating large construction boards used as roofing materials or wall materials, is not impaired. Moreover, the watertightness of the joint plate B can be improved. Processing such a bar joint will require a lot of work on site and may increase construction costs, but it is possible to produce a large heat-insulating construction board A of an appropriate length in a factory and carry it remotely. It is easy to handle when transported to small areas or narrow sites, etc.
The labor and cost can be significantly reduced, and even if on-site work is taken into account, the overall cost of constructing a large heat-insulating enclosure can be significantly reduced. Furthermore, even when the large heat insulating building boards A having heat insulating joints are joined in the width direction for roofing, this can be done easily and quickly by joining the inward reverse weld joints 4 and the outward reverse weld joints 5. .
