Recently, there has been active research and development into coated metal envelopes that are made watertight and airtight by seam welding coated metal materials (mainly stainless steel materials) to the inner and outer surfaces of structures, and are also expandable and contractible. The wall joint at the end of the coated metal enclosure should also be able to cope with thermal stress, and furthermore, the portion from there to the wall material (coated metal material) should be watertight and airtight so as to be able to cope with thermal stress. Of course it is requested. The wall joining materials used for wall joining have relatively large corners, so
Extremely large thermal stress occurs due to thermal expansion and contraction in the longitudinal direction, resulting in large deformation and strain at the corners.
There were drawbacks such as breakage. Also, Figures 7 and 8
In the conventional wall joint material a shown in the figure, five sheets are stacked at the upper edge b at the joint part a, and other coated metal materials such as wall materials are layered on the upper edge b. Even if an attempt was made to seam weld the rising portion, etc., nine layers would be stacked, which would be too thick, making it impossible to seam weld with good welding strength. Although this depends on the plate thickness, it has been experimentally determined that generally up to 3 to 4 sheets can be seam welded with good welding strength.

Therefore, in order to solve the above problem, the inventor conducted extensive research and developed the idea by forming rising parts and vertical parts on both sides of the flat part, and extending the upper edge inward from the upper end of the vertical part. and an L-shaped bent part is formed at one end in the longitudinal direction, and the vertical part and the upper edge are continuously formed through a seam welded joint piece from the rising base of the L-shaped bent part to form a wall. The opposing L-shaped bent portions of the wall interconnecting materials are joined together, the edges of both L-shaped bent portions are seam welded to form a joint, and the adjacent Since the rising part and upper edge of the wall joining material are made into a joint structure of continuous wall joining material, watertight and airtight seams can be created even when the wall covering metal material is seam welded and continuous. This method solves the above-mentioned problems by allowing welding and preventing deformation and strain from occurring at the corners of the wall joining material.

A is a wall joining material made of metal (for example, stainless steel) of an appropriate length, and has a relatively high height on one side (the near side in Fig. 3) of the flat part 1 of an appropriate width. A vertical portion 2 with a relatively high height (e.g., equivalent to the width of the flat portion 1) is integrally formed on the other side (the rear side in FIG. 3). A narrow upper edge portion 4 is bent inward from the upper end of the portion 3. The vertical portion 3 may be formed in a steeply inclined shape that is upward facing outward, or may be simply formed at a right angle. An L-shaped bent portion 5 is formed on the surface side (above the flat portion 1 and closer to the flat portion 1 than the vertical portion 3) of at least one end (sometimes both ends) in the longitudinal direction of the wall joining material A. is formed in a bent manner. That is, when looking at the wall joint material A in a developed view, the wall joint material A
Notches 6a at right angles (including substantially right angles) are formed at four locations on the vertical portion 3 and the upper edge at one end in the longitudinal direction, and the pieces of the notches 6a are seam welded to each other to form a seam welded joint piece 6. The flat part 1 or the vertical part 3 of the seam welded joint piece 6 is formed into a planar shape. The seam welded joint piece 6 is appropriately inclined (approximately at an angle of 30 degrees with respect to the edge of the flat portion 1 or the vertical portion 3) when viewed planarly or frontally.

In the present invention, a rising portion 2 and a vertical portion 3 are formed on both sides of a flat portion 1, an upper edge portion 4 is formed inwardly from the upper end of the vertical portion 3, and an L-shaped bent portion is formed at one end in the longitudinal direction. The vertical portion 3 and the upper edge 4 of the L-shaped bent portion 5 are continuously formed via a seam welded joint piece 6 from the bent base of the L-shaped bent portion 5 to form a wall joining material A, The opposing L-shaped bent portions 5, 5 of the wall joining materials A, A are joined together, and the end edges of both L-shaped bent portions 5, 5 are seam welded to form a joint portion 7. , by making the rising parts 2, 2 and upper edges 4, 4 of the adjacent wall joining materials A, A into a joint structure of continuous wall joining materials, the wall covering metal material C. Watertight and airtight seam welding is possible for continuous seam welding, and the wall joining material A
It is possible to prevent deformation and strain from occurring at the corners of the frame.

To explain these effects in detail, firstly, even at the seven thickest joints of the upper edges 4, 4 of the wall joining materials A, A, three sheets overlap as shown in Fig. 1. Then, seam welding can be performed on this to provide good welding strength to the side rising portions 9, end rising portions, etc. of the wall covering metal material C (see Fig. 6).

This is different from the conventional wall joining material A shown in the developed view of FIG. 8, and when formed as shown in FIG. is the position of the adjacent side of the vertical part 3, and the seam welded joint piece 6, which is the joint between the vertical part 3 and the upper edge part 4, does not overlap the L-shaped bent part 5, and the five overlapped parts are This is because it can be eliminated and the number of folded pieces can be reduced.

Further, the vertical portion 3 and the upper edge portion 4 are connected to both of the L-shaped wall joining materials A, A which are continuously formed via the seam welded joint piece 6 from the bent base of the L-shaped bent portion 5. By forming the joint portion 7 by seam welding the edge sides of the bent portions 5, 5, the L-shaped bent portion 5,
At the joint point 5, there are two pieces that stand together, which has the advantage of allowing good seam welding.

In addition, even if the wall joining material A having large corners (the flat part 1 and the vertical part 3) expands and contracts in the longitudinal direction, the thermal expansion and contraction is caused by the opening and closing of the joint part 7 whose edges are seam welded. It can be handled by the action, and the wall connecting material A
It is possible to reliably prevent thermal distortion, deformation, and damage that are extremely likely to occur at the corners of the structure, and also to prevent deformation from occurring due to external forces such as earthquakes.

Further, the L-shaped bent portions 5, 5 of the joint portion 7 are seam welded to make the joint portion 7 watertight and airtight, and can reliably block rainwater from entering.
