Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative sheet having excellent designability by applying colored ink in recesses by wiping then providing a transparent resin layer over the entire surface and further forming a transparent matte resin only in the recesses thereon. CONSTITUTION:Colored ink is coated over the entire surface of a synthetic resin sheet 1 having recesses and is scraped away immediately with a doctor blade to form films 2 of the colored ink. Thereafter, a transparent resin layer 4 is formed over the entire surface without filling the recesses. Further transparent matte paint contg. a matting agent such as silica is coated over the entire surface thereon and is immediately scraped away to form films 5 of the transparent matte paint only in the recesses.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a wiping decorative sheet, and more particularly to a method for producing a wiping decorative sheet with excellent 4IK design and physical properties. Conventionally, the so-called wiping decorative sheet, which is made by embossing a vinyl chloride sheet or the like and then rubbing a coloring agent into the embossed area, has been used as a high-quality decorative sheet [cabinet parts,
Used for furniture, etc. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a wiping decorative sheet that has excellent physical properties in the embossed portion of the wiping soda-containing colored portion and is rich in design.

Conventional wiping decorative sheets are made by applying wiping ink to the entire surface of a vinyl chloride sheet that has been subjected to double-boss processing, then scraping the surface with a doctor blade, rubber roll, etc. to remove excess ink, and applying it only to the concave areas. It left ink behind. At this time, use wiping ink to avoid damaging the surface of the underlying vinyl chloride sheet or printed pattern.
A water-based or alcohol-based ink with low wettability had to be used, and therefore the physical properties of the wiping colored area were weak. Furthermore, when a transparent resin is applied to the entire surface in order to improve physical properties, both concave and convex portions become uniformly glossy, which is unsatisfactory from a design point of view.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and relates to a method for manufacturing a wiping decorative sheet with excellent physical properties in the wiping portion and a high design quality.

以下図面に従って本発明の詳細な説明する。The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

First, as shown in Fig. 1, a recess of an arbitrary shape is formed on the surface of a synthetic resin sheet (1) by embossing with pressure, etc.
Colored ink is applied to the entire surface including the recesses and immediately scraped off with a roll, doctor blade, etc. to form a colored ink film (2) only within the recesses. (Hereinafter, this step will be referred to as wiping.) The solvent for the 4114-colored ink used here is water, alcoholic solvent, etc. so as not to significantly dissolve or swell the surface of the synthetic resin sheet (1). It is necessary to select a solvent such as an aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent that has low wetting properties into the synthetic resin sheet.

In addition, when scraping off colored ink with a roll, etc., not only the colored ink attached to the surface of the sheet but also some of the colored ink inside the recesses are scraped off, and the volume of the colored ink is reduced by drying. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, the colored ink film (2) does not completely fill the recesses, and therefore the recesses are still formed even after wiping.

The pattern (3) can be applied at any time before forming the recesses, after forming the recesses and before wiping with colored ink, or after wiping with colored ink and before forming the transparent resin layer. . However, if a pattern is applied before wiping, it must be applied using an ink that will not be attacked by the colored ink used for wiping.
