Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 零発１ｊｉＦｉＩＳ＆カムを薄く切削する方法に関する
ものである。
纏具の芯材等ｋＡ！カムが多く用いられているが、これ
を例え試傾斜状と薄く切削するような場合、回転カッタ
ーをハニカム面ｌｌＣｍてると構成片が折れ曲がって所
要の形状に切削することが仲々因難である。
本発明はこの点に着目し、円滑に切削することを目的と
するもので、そのｌ！旨とするところ蝶次のとおシであ
る。
即ち本発Ｉｊｌｒｊ／Ｓニカムの正面に回転カッターな
轟て、これを回転させ同時Ｋｌ＊回転カッターの刃面或
い扛カッターの周〕ｋ圧力のある９気を欧付けてハニカ
ム構成片の屈曲を阻止しつつ切削することを特徴とする
ハニカムの薄切削方法である。
図面は本発明に係るハニカム薄切削方法の実施例を示し
たもので、ｌはハニカム構成片、コ紘回転カッターであ
る。
本発明においては、回転カッター１の中心軸３に圧縮空
気の流通孔参をあけ、その先に放射状排気孔Ｓを開設し
、排気孔Ｓを回転カッター１の刃面４に開口させる。
かくしてハニカム構成片コを回転カッター１によ〕切削
しつつ圧縮空気を流通孔参に送ると、排気孔Ｓから噴出
してハニカム構成片に吹付けるので、これ忙よりハニカ
ム構成片は刃Ｋ１つても従来のよ５に、折れて切削不能
となるおそれはなく、圧縮空気Ｋｌｌすれて形態を保ち
、切削作用線円滑に行われ、作業能率を増進できる。
絢圧縮９気は回転カッターの周Ｊ）Ｋ吹付けても喪い。
