Claims (1)
を移送する往復搬送装置において、2個のプーリ間に巻

一方に連結され、前記スチールベルトを移送する駆動モ
ータと、前記無端ループのスチールベルトの張り側と弛
み側のベルト面にそれぞれ対応して吸着可能な少なくと
も1組の電磁石と、前記電磁石を組み込んだ往復搬送パ
レットと、から成り、前記電磁石を個別に励磁制御する
ことにより、1本の前記無端ループのスチールベルトで
前記往復搬送パレットを双方向に移送できるように構成
