DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an inorganic decorative board used as a building material or the like. , -Inorganic cosmetics is an inorganic board coating using a hydraulic inorganic binder, which is an artificial straight made of asbestos and cement that is colored and used as an exterior material for housing. T! of such an inorganic decorative board! The structural board itself is made into paper and manufactured by a conventionally known wet machine process. In other words, the so-called
A wet papermaking machine called a Durbat machine is used to produce a slurry-like paper product, which is absorbed and dehydrated using a suitable saxophone, and then wound around a making roll to adjust the thickness. It is manufactured by curing and hardening the obtained sheet-like paper product. However, with such inorganic boards, it is difficult to adjust the surface hue (2) because the state of curing and hardening varies, and since they are porous, they have a high water absorption rate.
When used as an exterior material for housing, it is necessary to improve the waterproofness, and the internal alkaline substances migrate to the board surface over time, resulting in efflorescence and deterioration of the appearance. have.

Therefore, an attempt was made to apply Emulsilon paint in front of the making roll, but since it wraps around the making roll and the surface becomes the painted surface, when it is removed, a part of the paint film remains on the making roll or sticks. This caused problems such as peeling, cracking, and peeling of the painted surface (3), and it was not put into practical use.

The present inventors have conducted a series of studies to solve the problems of the conventional inorganic boards mentioned above and to develop a method for producing inorganic decorative boards with excellent quality. A general emulsilon paint is applied to a slurry-like paper product whose main component is a water-based inorganic binder, and then dehydrated in a SAXILON box, and then the surface layer and/or Alternatively, after applying a specific release agent to the surface of the making roll, the slurry-like paper product is wound around the making roll, the thickness is adjusted, and the resulting plate-like paper product is cured and cured to remove the surface. This invention was completed by discovering that it is possible to produce an inorganic decorative board that allows for adjustment of hue, has excellent coating film adhesion, and is also excellent in waterproofness and efflorescence resistance.

That is, according to the present invention, a slurry containing a hydraulic inorganic binder as a main component is made onto felt using a cylinder vat, and the surface of the resulting slurry-like paper product (4) is coated with emulsilon paint. The paper product is dehydrated in a saxilon box, further wrapped around a making roll and laminated to a predetermined degree, then removed, and the obtained laminated plate-like paper product is cured and hardened to continuously produce an inorganic decorative board. In the process after the slurry-like paper product is dehydrated in a SAXILON box, the surface layer of the slurry-like paper product and/or the surface of the making roll has a boiling point of 1.
A method for forming an inorganic decorative board characterized by partially containing at least one release agent selected from the group of hydrocarbon high-boiling solvents, paraffin, and silicone oils having a dielectric constant of 10 or less at a temperature of 30°C or higher. is provided.

A range of g/rrr is appropriate. The slurry-like paper product coated with the Emulsilon paint according to the present invention is then dewatered in a Saxilon box. Next, the slurry-like paper product coated with the paint, which was dehydrated in this Saxilon box, was applied to the surface of the making roll using a high boiling point solvent with a boiling point of 130° C. or more and a dielectric constant of 10 or less, paraffin, and silicone oil selected from the group. A mold release agent consisting of at least one type (6) is applied.

As mentioned above, the slurry-like paper product coated with Emulsilon paint, which has been dehydrated in the Saxilon box, is applied to one or both of the surfaces of the making roll to prevent the Emulsilon paint from adhering to the making roll. The mold release agent used is a hydrocarbon-based high boiling point solvent with a boiling point of 130°C or higher, preferably 150°C or higher and a dielectric constant of 10 or lower, (7) preferably 5 or lower, and a silicone oil used together with or separately. If the boiling point of the above-mentioned boiling point solvent is less than 130°C, it is not preferable because it evaporates too quickly and does not exhibit its full potential.

There is no particular limit to the amount of the slurry-like paper product of the mold release agent applied to the surface of the making roll in the present invention, but if the amount of application is too large, the adhesion of the slurry-like paper product to the surface of the making roll will deteriorate, and vice versa. If the amount is too small, the desired effect cannot be obtained, so a range of 10 to 100 g/M is generally appropriate. In addition, as for the application method, for slurry-like paper products,
Spray painting, roll coater painting, and curtain flow coater painting are applicable, and spray painting, roll coater painting, and brush painting are suitable for the surface of the making roll.

Slurry-like paper product coated with Emulgene paint according to the present invention and submerged in water in a Saxilon box IN Slurry-like paper product coated with a specified mold release agent on at least one of the surfaces of the making roll (8) Wrap it around a making roll to adjust the board thickness. The material is wrapped around a making roll until it reaches a certain thickness, then removed, a plate-shaped paper product is made, and when necessary, it is pressed to shape it, cured, and hardened.
Further, if necessary, it is dried to produce an inorganic decorative board. In this way, it is possible to easily produce an inorganic decorative board that has a surface hue of 5iiu, has excellent adhesion of the coating film, and has excellent waterproofness and efflorescence resistance without reducing its strength. .

As described above, this invention applies an emulgene paint containing a synthetic resin aqueous emulsion to a slurry-like paper product on a felt, then dehydrates it by suction from under the felt in a SAXILON box, and then rolls it to a constant thickness with a making roll. In order to make a plate-shaped paper product and cure it, an emulsion paint containing a synthetic resin aqueous emulsion is applied to the surface of the plate-shaped paper product.

Furthermore, since the hydraulic inorganic binder is cured in this state, an inorganic decorative board can be manufactured in a state in which the surface layer of the inorganic board and the emulsion paint wall are mixed together.
