装置において、その放電励起部内に嵌装したガス流制御
ノズルの斜視図である。 なお、図中において、１は放電励起部、２は熱交換器、
３は送風機、４は空洞、５．　１９．　２１は放電ガス
流、６はアノード電極、８はカソード電極、１１．１５
はガス流制御ノズル、１８はノズル１５のガス流入口、
２０はノズル１５のガス流出口を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 放電ガス流内に対向する放電電極の手前側にガス流制御
    ノズルを具えた高速ガスフロー型ガスレーザ装置におい
    て、放電電極の対向間隔より大きいガス流入口と前記対
    向間隔より小さいガス流出口を具えてなるガス流制御ノ
    ズルは、少なくとも″前記ガス流出口を電気的絶縁材に
    て形成したことを特徴とするガスレーザ装置。
