Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　保護被覆を有する光ファイバーを保持し、且つ、前
    記保護被覆が除去された前記光ファイバーの先端部をそ
    の軸方向にて摺動し得る状態で支持するガイドピンを有
    してなる２個のプラグと、前記２個のピラグを同一軸芯
    上の両端部に連結することで、前記光ファイバーの先端
    面が互いに突き合わせ接続されるレセプタクルとを具え
    る光フアイバーコネクタにおいて、前記光ファイバーに
    嵌合する貫通孔を有し、この貫通孔の両開口端部より前
    記光ファイバーの先端部をそれぞれ挿入して、その先端
    面を互いに突き合わせる形状のアダプターを前記レセプ
    タクルの軸芯上に設けたことを特徴とする光フアイバー
    コネクタ。 ２　前記アダプターに設けられた貫通孔の両開口端が、
    前記光ファイバーの挿入を容易にするべくテーパ状に形
    成された実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の光フアイ
    バーコネクタ。
