    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電源とＸ線管駆動用の高圧トランスとの間にｍＡｓタイ
    マーを設けるとともに、電源電圧が設定電圧値より高い
    か低いかを判別し、該判別信号及びｍＡｓタイマーの設
    定ｍＡＳレベルとを入力として設定ｍＡｓレベルを補正
    すべき値を出力するｍＡＳレベル補正装置を設け、該ｍ
    Ａｓしさル補正装置の補正出力をｍＡｓタイマーに位加
    することによりＸ線曝射量の変動及びＸ線線質の変化を
    抑制可能としたことを特徴とするＸ線装置。
