Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）絶縁筒と、その両端を気密に閉塞する高圧側及び
    低圧側端子部からなる気密容器内の上記両端子部間に亘
    って抵抗素子が収められると共に上記気密容器内に凝縮
    性冷媒が封入されていることを特徴とする抵抗分圧器。
  2. （２）抵抗素子が、炭化珪素もしくは酸化亜鉛で形成さ
    れていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載の抵抗分圧器。
