Abstract

PURPOSE:To catch and correct concrete dust generated upon drilling work, by arranging a concrete dust collector which is resiliently contacted to a wall, below the drill of a drill machine for wall surface. CONSTITUTION:A dust collector 4 has a dust introducing port 3 to which a vinyl back 7 is removably attached by means of a rubber ring 18, and is mounted to a stationary shaft 9 of a drilling machine body 1 through a cylinder 17 into which a resilient member is disposed, so that the distance from a wall to be drilled is adjusted with the use of a scale. With this arrangement, the collector 4 is always pushed to the wall 16 so that no gap exsists between the collector 4 and the wall 16. Concrete dust which is generated during the formation of a hole 19 by the rotation of the drill 10 of the drill machine 1, is collected in the back 7 through the receiving port 3.
