DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention prevents or prevents drip-like stains caused by concentrated propagation and absorption of rainwater on the outer walls around the openings of buildings, especially on both sides of the lower ends of satsui windows. This invention relates to a novel method for preventing fouling.

4. Buildings are constantly exposed to rainwater and dust, and it is normal for them to gradually start to get dirty, but especially the outer walls around the lower ends of the openings, such as windows and doorways leading to the stairs, etc., have a sagging shape. It exhibits conspicuous dirtiness, destroys the external image of the building that the architect has painstakingly designed, and betrays the expectations of not only the owner of the building, but also the users and residents, and by extension, the building itself. It will also have a negative impact on the cityscape.

It has been found that the drooping stains that occur intensively on the outer walls on both sides of the lower end of the opening of this building are mainly caused by the following causes. The structure at the lower end of the opening adopts a structure in which a drain plate is arranged, so that it has an appearance as shown in FIG. 1, which has a water return structure protruding from the main outer wall surface of the building S. Therefore, when it rains, the rainwater that has flowed down the fittings W and frame material F of the opening concentrates on this draining plate P, and the water returning structure is designed to prevent it from entering the building, and the entire width of the draining plate P is It is supposed to be discharged downward in a substantially uniform state. However, in reality, there are differences in the flow conditions depending on the wind and rain conditions, and even under the same conditions, the flow conditions are different on both sides and near the center of the drain plate P.

For example, during heavy rain, a large amount of rainwater flows down evenly across almost the entire width of the draining plate P, but it is often accompanied by wind, so depending on the strength of the wind, one side of the draining plate P As a result, if the outer wall structure has a mortar finish or other structure that allows rainwater to permeate, it is inevitable that the rainwater will seep on that side. It tends to be intense. However, in such a situation where a large amount of rainwater is flowing down, 1. The fact is that this uneven state does not directly cause intensive dirt on the exterior walls, and the dust is washed away with large amounts of rainwater.

On the other hand, if the situation changes from heavy rain to light rain, or if there are water droplets on the surface of the draining board due to light rain, fog, or dew, the water will not flow down regardless of the slope of the draining board. This may not be possible, or even if it is, it will not flow down uniformly due to the surface tension of the water droplets and the non-uniformity of the surface of the draining plate.

In this situation, only the outer walls around both sides of the lower end of the opening of the building S are noticeably wetter due to rainwater than other parts of the outer wall, and the shape of these wetted parts is similar to that of a drooping part in approximately the same place. It shows the same shape as stain D. Therefore, it is difficult to judge that dust adheres to areas where this wet state is more pronounced than other areas, or that dirt in the moisture that causes this wet state adheres, making the dirt in those areas more noticeable. can.

By the way, when we investigated the cause of the damp condition in this area, we found that the uneven flow of rainwater during heavy rains causes more penetration into the outer walls on both sides of the lower end of the opening, and the dry condition after the rain. The other reason is that the moisture that has not reached the point of flowing down the drain plate surface will not only dry as it is, but also cause dust to adhere to it more easily.
Observing the odor, the pole--
It can be seen that the water is moving in the direction of boundary B, as indicated by arrow a, against the slope of the dripping water, albeit very slowly. This can be considered to be a phenomenon caused by the addition of the fluttering phenomenon caused by the wind. Therefore, if these effects can be prevented, the moisture situation concentrated in the same place can be eliminated, and concentrated staining in the same place can be prevented.

Therefore, based on the above knowledge, the present invention has successfully developed and put into practical use a completely new method for preventing dirt, as described in detail below, for preventing dirt on the outer walls around both sides of the lower end of the opening of the building S. be.

That is, as in each of the embodiments shown in FIG. 2 and below, grooves 21 or the like are provided on the surface of the opening draining plate 1 of the building S at or near both ends, such as grooves 21 facing in the direction of dripping of the draining plate 1. A blocking structure 2 is formed that can block or interrupt the smooth surface of the draining plate l in a direction perpendicular to the dripping direction at least at the same location.

As this blocking structure 2, the above-mentioned groove 21 shown in FIG.
.. As shown in the figure, at least one groove 21 is formed near each end of the draining plate l, and similar grooves 21 and 21 are formed at appropriate intervals on the entire surface of the draining plate l, although not shown.
In addition, it is possible to form a layer η of a water-repellent material such as Teflon, etc., as shown in FIG. The projections 23 as shown in FIG. 4 may be formed by means such as welding, or the rising pieces u and 24 may be fitted or fixed to both ends of the draining plate 1, respectively, as in the embodiment shown in FIG. This can be realized by forming by means such as , welding, integral molding, etc. In each of the embodiments, the most effective example was that the draining plate 1 was formed over the entire length in the dripping direction, but of course, they are different from the sixth embodiment shown as a modification in FIG. 5, for example. It is also possible to have a structure in which a portion of the draining plate 1 is omitted on the tip side in the direction of water dripping, as shown in the rising piece δ, 25 in the example shown in the figure. It is also possible to form a downwardly bent structure (26). It goes without saying that the materials for realizing these structures do not need to be particularly limited.

By forming the blocking structure 2 with these structures 21 to I, the moisture on the surface of the draining plate is distributed to both ends of the draining plate 1 or the surface of the draining plate 1 including both ends, and both sides of the lower end of the opening of the building. The suction can be prevented or reduced from the boundary B formed by the surrounding outer wall to the outer wall around the lower end of the opening of the building.

By preventing moisture from forming on the surface of the draining board, only the outer wall around the lower end of the opening and the surrounding outer walls will not become abnormally wet, thereby preventing dust from adhering to the same area, or stains within the moisture. This prevents dirt from sticking to the outer wall around the lower end of the opening of the building.

This invention, which consists of the method for preventing stains as described above, is an extremely simple method and was completed as a result of an effective investigation into the cause of stains, so it can be expected that its stain prevention effect will be sufficiently reliable. It is effective under any condition of rain. In addition, when implementing this method, in advance,
Not only is it possible to provide a finished product after applying this method to a draining board, but it can also be easily applied to conventional draining boards that have already been installed. It has excellent features that allow it to Therefore, by appropriately selecting a structure that meets the technical idea of this invention, the intended purpose is not only achieved and the external image of the building maintained effectively, but also
It is also possible to provide a function to further enhance the decorative effect around the opening of the building.
