[Detailed explanation of the invention] The purpose of this invention is to protect the sides and steep slopes of large to small tents, tent warehouses, and tents with eaves used in various event venues from receiving direct rainfall. Another object of the present invention is to provide an extremely effective stain prevention material for staining tent parts that are rarely exposed to stains. Generally, tents are fabrics made of synthetic fibers, mineral fibers, etc. that are coated with waterproof resin such as soft vinyl chloride resin, and the surface of the tent is treated with acrylic resin to improve its stain resistance. It is used. When tent fabric treated with this antifouling treatment is used for a tent, the roof, etc., which is thoroughly washed by rain during rain, will be easily washed away even if dirt adheres to it due to the antifouling effect. Dirt is hardly noticeable, and it retains its beauty for a long time. However, the sides of the tent (nearly vertical parts) are less likely to be washed directly by rainfall.
Alternatively, in steeply sloping parts of tents that are less likely to be washed by rain per unit area, the sewage that has washed the roof located above this area drips down very limited waterways, creating streaks of dirt. In particular, when sewage drips onto the roof during low rainfall or due to dew or frost in the early morning, the dirt in the sewage becomes extremely concentrated, and as a result, the sides of the tent area,
The current situation is that streaks of dirt form on the steep slopes, seriously detracting from the aesthetic appearance of the tent. As a conventional technique for preventing dirt from adhering to such tent parts, a method of installing a gutter at the lower part of the roof of the tent is used to prevent dirt from getting to these parts. Although this technology is excellent in terms of effectiveness, it complicates the tent structure, has problems with construction, and increases the price of the tent structure, so it is realistically only used in a limited number of tents. have. The inventors of the present invention have investigated solutions to the above-mentioned problems through repeated trial and error. As a result, by using a tape-like material that has the function of passing sewage flowing down from the tent roof in place of the gutter, it has almost the same antifouling effect as the conventional technology, and the installation work is extremely simple. He devised and perfected a tape to prevent stains on tents. That is, the tent stain prevention tape of the present invention is composed of three layers: a colored film layer, a nonwoven fabric layer, and an adhesive layer, and more preferably, the apparent density of the nonwoven fabric of this component is 0.01.
g/cm 3 or more and 0.7 g/cm 3 or less, and the thickness is 1 mm or more, and the width of the tape is 1 cm or more, 20
cm or less. The colored film of the present invention can be a synthetic fiber cloth coated with waterproof resin, just like a tent, or simply a resin film, and its hue needs to be limited in terms of stain resistance. However, from the viewpoint of aesthetics as a tent structure, it is preferable that it be the same color as the tent. The nonwoven fabric layer, which is the main structural material of this invention, is
Any existing non-woven fabrics such as wet type, needle-punched, spunbond, etc. can be used, but the apparent density of non-woven fabrics is 0.01 due to the susceptibility of sewage.
g/ cm3 or more, 0.7g/ cm3 or less, thickness 1mm or more,
Moreover, the material is more preferably a nonwoven fabric made of hydrophilic fibers. On the other hand, the adhesive layer may be of any type, but an adhesive layer of adhesive tape type is preferable from the viewpoint of workability for attaching the tape of the present invention to a tent structure. The stain prevention tape of the present invention may be made by integrating a colored film layer and a nonwoven fabric, and an adhesive layer may be provided when attaching it to a tent structure. The invention will be explained below with reference to schematic diagrams. Figure-1
Figure 2 shows an example of the installation position of the stain prevention tape of the present invention in a tent. The tape of the present invention is attached to the roof of the tent just before it moves to the sides of the tent, so that the dirty water flowing down from the roof of the tent is removed. , and allows fresh water to flow down to the side surfaces, resulting in antifouling of the side surfaces. FIG. 2 shows the structure of the stain prevention tape of the present invention, where 4 is a surface film layer, 5 is a nonwoven fabric layer, and 6 is an adhesive layer. <Example 1> A sheet with a width of 10 m, a length of 30 m, and a height of Sa7
Roof part (15° inclination angle) of a roof-type tent of m.
Various types of tapes shown in Table 1 were pasted on the boundary between the side surface (vertical) and the side surface (vertical) as shown in FIG. 1, and stains on the side surface were observed after 3 months. As a result, almost no dirt was observed on the side surface of the tent of the present invention where the anti-fouling tape was applied, but on the side surface of the tent to which no tape was applied, the results shown in Table 1 were found where streaks of dirt were noticeable. . 【table】
