Abstract

PURPOSE:The titled tape transferring a drug to the skin effectively with time, having stable remedying effect, obtained by applying a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprising the drug, and a polymer of an acrylic acid ester, etc. and a polymer of a vinyl alkyl ether in a specific ratio to a base material. CONSTITUTION:One side of a base material such as polyethylene, etc. is coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprising a drug such as prednisolone, methyl salicylate, etc. and 50-95wt% polymer consisting of an acrylic acid ester (e.g., 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, etc.) and/or methacrylic acid ester (e.g., butyl methacrylate, etc.) as an ingredient and 50-5wt% polymer consisting of a vinyl alkyl ether (e.g., vinyl isobutyl ether, etc.) as an an ingredient, to give the desired tape. The amount of the drug is preferably 1mug-5mg based on 1cm<3> pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.

BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, occlusive bandage therapy (OUT therapy), in which an external medicine such as an ointment is applied to the skin and a film is covered over the ointment to effectively absorb the medicine, has been widespread. However, with this tight forceps band therapy, not only is it difficult to attach the film to the affected area, but it is also bulky, easy to sting, and is difficult to apply when the affected area is large or the affected area is complex in shape. There was a 410 drawback that it was difficult to adhere. There are commercially available therapeutic tapes that eliminate these drawbacks by coating rolled, pressure-sensitive adhesives on an impermeable film. However, the pressure-sensitive adhesive used in such tapes must not come off during use and must be able to easily pierce the skin after use, and to balance this adhesive property, pressure-sensitive adhesives are usually used. When making pressure adhesives, it is necessary to use a suitable crosslinking agent.

However, the use of cross-linking agents has the disadvantages that the transfer of the drug to the skin deteriorates over time, and the drug contained in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer cannot be used effectively, resulting in a gradual decline in therapeutic efficacy. .

For example, in conventional pressure-sensitive adhesives containing acrylic esters or (and) methacrylic esters as terlL units, a heptamer containing a functional group is copolymerized and an OS bridge agent such as an incyanate compound or a metal compound is used. As a result, the strength of cohesive force and adhesion ctst* is achieved.

KF to ensure that the drug transfers efficiently to the skin surface.
i. It is required that the drug is dispersed in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and therefore it is necessary that the drug and the pressure-sensitive adhesive have compatibility. Therefore, in the present invention, in order to improve the compatibility between a drug and a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a polymer tm acrylic ester or (and ) It is used in combination with a methacrylic acid ester polymer. However, since polymers containing vinyl 1-alkyl ether have good compatibility with drugs, they tend to interact with the functional groups of one drug, impairing the drug's ability to transfer to the skin. . Therefore, acrylic ester or Fi (and) methacrylic ester is used.
The composition of the polymer and vinyl alkyl ether as components
The ratio of polymer used is 50 to 95% by weight of the former.
The latter is said to be 50-5% by weight for 6◎Like this #
By adjusting the amount of both types of combination described in J, the transferability of the drug to the skin is improved, and the drug can be efficiently transferred from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to the surface of the skin.

If the polymer containing acrylic ester or (and -) methacrylic ester as a component is more than 9S weight%, and the polymer containing vinyl alkyl ether as component a is less than 5% by weight, In this case, it becomes difficult to efficiently transfer the drug to the surface of the skin between the base material and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. In addition, the polymer containing acrylic acid ester or (and) methacrylic acid ester as a constituent component is less than 50% by weight, and is composed of vinyl alkyl ether.
When the amount of polymer for L content is 50% by weight,
The influence of the interaction between the functional group of the drug and the polymer having vinyl alkyl ether as component a becomes strong, and the drug does not transfer sufficiently to the skin.
