Conventional running routes, such as those on the ground, were formed by welding the guide rails 1 and reaction rails 3 to the horizontal beams 2 placed at each sleeper pitch, so the horizontal beams 2 and 2 at the time of on-site installation were In order to avoid interference with the sleepers, it was not possible to install all the cross beams in advance, so we installed temporarily assembled ones with cross beams 2 attached at both ends and around the center of the running track unit, and other The horizontal beams had to be aligned and installed on site.

The reason why the horizontal beams 2 are arranged in detail at almost every sleeper pitch is to ensure strength. The center of the horizontal beams 2 receives a lifting force due to the suction force of the linear motor, and furthermore, both ends of the horizontal beams 2 are lifted up by the braking force. receives a force in the direction of lifting up,
This is to prevent the running path from deforming (deflection and stress of the horizontal beam 2).

The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate these drawbacks of the conventional technology, to save labor during on-site construction, that is, to reduce the number of workers and shorten the construction period, and to provide a running road with stable quality. A guide rail is provided inside the freight car rail for the freight car moving device, and a reaction rail is located between the guide rails and serves as the secondary conductor of the linear motor and the running surface of the support wheels of the linear motor. In a running track for a freight car moving device consisting of the reaction rail and a trolley bar for power supply provided between the reaction rail and the guide rail, a bed board having a width that almost fills the width of the rail is placed on the sleeper on the inside of the freight car rail. The present invention is characterized in that the guide rail, the reaction rail, and the trolley bar are integrally arranged on the bottom plate, and the bottom plate is locked on the sleeper together with the freight car rail.

At the joint part, a mounting beam 10 is passed under the floor plate 6, and the mounting beam 10, the gap retaining metal fitting 8, the floating prevention clamp 9, and the height adjustment liner 11 are fastened to the freight car rail R by a rail clamp 12.

This fastening part is caused by deformation such as warping or bulging of sleeper members, or local "sagging" of the lower surface of the freight car rail R, etc. When the lower surface of the freight car rail R is taken as a reference, the lower surface of the running road, in other words, the bottom plate 6. Although the upper surface is uneven, it is constructed so that it can sufficiently handle vibrations caused by this unevenness and the passing of freight cars.

That is, the lifting prevention clamp 9 is made of spring steel, and this clamp 9 is made of spring steel.
A liner 11 is inserted between the rails R and the rail R of the freight car to ensure a spring action span, and the top surface of the bottom plate 6 is pressed down with the tip of the lifting prevention clamp 9.

In the future, if there is a local "sag" of the sleeper on the lower surface of the freight car rail R, and the freight car rail R sinks, and the deflection (stress) of the lifting prevention clamp 9 becomes large, the liner 11 corresponding to the "sag" The thickness of the liner 11 is selected so that the spring action of the floating prevention clamp 9 can be ensured even if the liner 11 is removed.

Pass the mounting beam 10 under the bottom plate 6 and attach the rail clamp 12.
The reason why the rail clamp 12 is aligned with the rail clamp 12 is to prevent it from being pushed outward at the slope of the lower flange of the freight car rail R when it is tightened, and to prevent it from coming off due to vibration.

When removing the running track unit for regular maintenance such as tamping the track bed, remove the tightening bolts of the rail clamps 12 at the unit joints and intermediate parts, and turn the hooks at the tips of the floating prevention clamps 9 outward. According to the configuration of the present invention, since there is no interference with sleepers during installation, a complete running track unit can be prepared in advance in the factory, and on-site welding work can be almost eliminated.

In addition, the inside of the freight car track is completely covered with a bed plate, which prevents gravel from flying up onto the running track.Furthermore, in the case of track repair (compaction of the track bed), when the running track is removed and reinstalled. Since there is no part that protrudes below the surface of the sleeper, it does not hit gravel and has the advantage of being easy to assemble.
