Claims (1)
サ素子の不動作時に於ける出力インピーダンスが所定値
に設定されたセンサ部と、前記センサ部の出力信号を信
号線を介して取り込む信号処理部とを備え、前記信号処
理部は所定周波数の診断パルスを前記信号線の電位に応
じて前記信号線を介して前記センサ部に供給する診断パ
ルス発生回路と、前記信号線の電位が設定値を外れたこ
とを検出して信号線の断線を示すべく前記診断パルスを
取出す断線判別回路とによって構成される信号線診断回
