隔液強性部材、前記ケーシング及び感圧素子によって形
成された空間に圧力伝達媒体を満たすとともに、ケーシ
ングの一部に大気圧を導入する空間と信号処理回路を収
納する部分を隔離するための仕切板を設け、かつ仕切板
の中央部に、感圧素子からの信号を処理回路に伝達する
ためのハーメチックシール部と、前記隔液弾性部材の中
央部を固定するための取着部とを設けたことを特徴とす
