Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）上面に同形同大の多数の凹所が一定間隔で設けら
    れ、かつ回転軸と同心的に設けられた資料積載部を有す
    る回転テーブルと、上記凹所の上方に臨設された粉体注
    入管と、上記凹所の上方に臨設され、かつ空気エゼクタ
    −に連設された吸引ノズルと、上記資料積載部の上側に
    微間隙が配されて設けられ、かつバイブレータ−に連設
    された制御板とが備えられると共に、上記粉体注入管、
    吸引ノズルおよび制御板が、回転テーブルと別個に設け
    られたことを特徴とする固体粒子発生装置における供給
    粉体の定量充填装置。
  2. （２）資料積載部の凹所が半径方向に刻設された条溝で
    ある、実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）記載の固体粒子発
    生装置における供給粉体の定量充填装置。
