分する積分器と、該積分器の出力レベルに応じて前記第
２の参照電圧の数値を制御する制御手段とを備え、前記
検波出力レベルの変動に係わらず前記積分器の出力レベ
ルに応じて前記第２の比較器からパイロット信号の有無
