For example, patients who are bedridden at home for long periods of time, such as bedridden elderly people, and patients who require long-term hospitalization and treatment in hospitals, etc. must spend most of their lives on the floor, such as in bed. Therefore, the floor of such a bed is the place where the patient lives, and the pine mattress that makes up the floor is one of the important elements that influences the patient's life.

If such a pinerest is too soft, the body will sink and it will be difficult to change the body position, making it uncomfortable to sleep and increasing fatigue, as well as impairing air circulation and causing bed sores.

Therefore, pine tresses filled with only soft cushioning material such as polyurethane foam are not suitable for patient use. Relatively hard pine tresses such as pine tresses are better.

However, the majority of current beds are constructed with an undulating floorboard in order to change the patient's position at appropriate intervals and to provide a comfortable position for the patient during meals and other meals. It must be bent to follow the undulations, and such bending must be relatively easy.

Therefore, the above-mentioned pine tresses containing springs and pine tresses made of rigid fibers have appropriate compression hardness and cushioning properties, but are difficult to bend, so if they are used in beds with undulating floorboards, they will be unreasonable and may lose their shape. If damage occurs, it will not only worsen the comfort of sleeping, but also deteriorate the durability.

As mentioned above, this invention simultaneously satisfies the two contradictory requirements necessary for a pine rest for patients: appropriate compression hardness, cushioning properties, and ease of bending, and also prevents pressure sores. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a pine tress that can satisfactorily perform the following functions, and will be described in detail below based on examples.

Reference numeral 8 in the drawings indicates a thin plate made of soft plastic, such as polyurethane foam, which is constructed on the circumferential side of the inner filling A and outer filling B, which are laminated as described above. They are provided as appropriate to buffer the hardness of the side periphery of the mattress 1 and make it feel good against the skin, as well as to shape the overall outer shape of the mattress 1 and improve its appearance.

In the pinerest I of the present invention constructed as described above, its compression hardness and flexibility are largely determined by the inner filling A.

However, since the inner filling A is constituted by a thick plate 1 made of semi-hard plastic such as polyethylene foam,
The material itself has relatively high compression hardness and poor flexibility, but in the present invention, a large number of grooves 2 are formed vertically and horizontally at symmetrical positions on the front and back of the thick plate 1, and a large number of flat ends are formed symmetrically on the front and back. Since the protruding support part 3 is formed, the body support area is reduced and the apparent compression hardness is reduced to obtain appropriate cushioning properties, and the groove part 2 has good flexibility in the perpendicular direction. , it is possible to simultaneously satisfy the two contradictory conditions mentioned above for a patient's mattress, namely, appropriate compression hardness, cushioning properties, and ease of bending.

In particular, in the present invention, since the groove portion 2 is configured symmetrically on the front and back, it is easy to bend in either direction, and therefore, as shown in the figure, it can be bent into a tight state where the back rises, the waist falls, and the knees rise. This can be done easily and without any difficulty.

Generally, the apparent compression hardness can be reduced by increasing the height of the protruding support part 3, but when such a protruding support part 3 is provided only on one side of the thick plate 1, However, as the height increases, the stability in the left and right direction becomes worse. However, in the inner filling A of the present invention, the protruding support portions 3 are provided on the front and back sides of the thick plate 1, as described above. Therefore, the desired compression hardness can be obtained even if the height of the husband's protruding support part 3 as a single unit on the front or back side is half that of when it is provided only on one side. 3 has good stability and good sleeping comfort.

In addition, as mentioned above, although the inner filling A is made of semi-hard plastic, it is a thick plate 1, and the grooves 2 are arranged vertically and horizontally to reduce the body contact area. Although the compression hardness of the material is reduced and the cushioning properties are improved, as mentioned above, the material itself has a relatively high compression hardness, so there is no feeling of bottoming out at all, and it is effective in maintaining an appropriate repulsive force.

Since the body of this person does not sink into the pinerest 7, it is easy to change the body position and there is less fatigue. The vertical and horizontal grooves 2 are formed in the spine, so air circulation is good. The dispersion and support of the body by the protruding support portions 3 produces an acupressure effect, thereby providing a feature that can alleviate the causes of bed sores.

Since the body-contacting surface of the inner padding A described above is relatively hard, the protruding support portion 3 has a flat end, but this 11 creates a feeling of pressure against the body.

However, in the present invention, the outer padding B made of thin plates 4 made of soft plastic foam is laminated on the front and back sides of the inner padding A, so that the feeling of pressure from the inner padding A is buffered and absorbed by the flexibility of the outer padding B. Therefore, there is no such feeling of pressure, and a very good sleeping comfort can be maintained.

In addition, since the outer filling B has a large number of unevenness 5 on the side that contacts the body, the unevenness causes a pine surge effect on the body, and air circulation due to the figurative effect caused by the unevenness as the body moves. There is an effect, such an effect,
Together with the anti-bed rash effect of the inner stuffing B described above, it is possible to effectively prevent bed marks.

As mentioned above, this device has the antinomic features of moderate compression, good cushioning and flexibility, and also has flexibility on the body contact surface, so it can be used while lying on your back for long periods of time. A pine tress for patients who use pine tresses for daily living, without causing fatigue even if the patient continues to do so, and when necessary, by bending to follow the undulations of the floorboards, the patient's body can be supported while the patient's body position is changed. It is most suitable as

In addition to the above-mentioned features, the present invention has a symmetrical structure as described above, so either side can be used as the body side, and therefore, the body-contacting side, which is easily damaged, can be turned over and used at appropriate intervals. This has the effect of improving durability.

Furthermore, in this invention, the inner filling, which is the main part of the filling, is made of semi-rigid plastic foam such as polyethylene foam, so it is more durable than those made only of soft plastic foam such as polyurethane foam or those made of rigid fibers. Therefore, as shown in the figure, the thick plate 1 for the entire mattress 7 is divided into a plurality of unit plates, and the connection end of each unit plate is provided with a shape (hole). It is also possible to maintain the shape of the connecting portion 9 and to connect them integrally using the connecting portion 9, and even in this case, the pinerest L will not lose its shape during use.

The advantage of configuring the entire thick plate 1 by connecting the thick plates 1 divided into a plurality of unit plates at the connection part 9 in this way is that the mold etc. can be made smaller than if the whole plate was constructed as one piece. It is possible to reduce the manufacturing cost, and even if a part of the thick plate 1, which is the main part of the filling, is damaged, it is only necessary to replace the unit plate instead of replacing the whole.

As described above, the present invention consists of a thick board made of semi-rigid plastic foam, such as polyurethane foam, which has a relatively high compression hardness, as the inner filling, which is the main part of the filling that becomes the cushion part, and is arranged in large numbers at symmetrical positions on the front and back sides of the thick board. By configuring the grooves vertically and horizontally, a large number of protruding support portions with flat ends defined by the grooves are formed on both the front and back sides of the thick plate, so that the body support area is reduced without any residue. This reduces the apparent compression hardness and improves the flexibility in the perpendicular direction of the groove, and in addition, the outer filling made of thin sheets of soft plastic such as polyurethane foam is laminated on the front and back of the inner filling. The part that comes into contact with the body is flexible, and the outer filling has many irregularities on the surface that comes into contact with the body, so it actively produces pine surge effect and air circulation effect, thereby reducing the appropriateness of the inner filling. Together with its repulsive force and air circulation, it exhibits various features as a pinerest for patients, as described above.
