7. The combination pillow of claim 4, wherein the two sides of the second neck abutment form an upwardly curved ramp.

8. The combination pillow of claim 1, wherein the first or second neck pillow has a hardness greater than the hardness of the headrest.

9. The combination pillow of claim 1 wherein the first neck pillow has a hardness greater than the second neck pillow hardness.

10. The combination pillow of claim 1, wherein the first neck pillow and the second neck pillow are connected with a connector.
