3. A pillow as recited in claim 1, wherein: the surface of the neck pillow part protrudes out of the surface of the head pillow part, and the neck pillow part is of an arc-shaped structure which adapts to the radian of the cervical vertebra of a human body.

4. A pillow as recited in claim 1, wherein: the first pillow piece and the second pillow piece are symmetrically arranged.

5. A pillow as recited in claim 1, wherein: the pillow also comprises a pillow core arranged on the pillowcase, and the pillow core is arranged between the first pillow piece and the second pillow piece.

A pillow as recited in claim 5, wherein: the pillow core comprises a main body part and an extension part, wherein the main body part is of an arc-shaped structure suitable for a neck pillow part, one side, close to the head pillow part, of the main body part is provided with the extension part, the surface of the extension part is arc-shaped, and the thickness of the extension part is gradually reduced from the neck pillow part to the head pillow part.
