    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 弾性変形可能な材料で構成され円錐形状にくり貫かれた
    吸着部を有する吸着盤と吸着盤の上部に位置し吸着盤側
    に座ぐり部と座ぐり部より内側に複数の空気抜き孔を備
    えた吸着盤支持板と先端の円錐形状部が吸着盤の円錐形
    状をした吸着部に挿入され他端にカム機構を備え吸着盤
    支持板に備えられた軸受部で上下移動可能：こ支持され
    吸着盤を円錐形状に弾性変形させるための丁字形状軸と
    を含む吸着機構と、一方の端に吸着機構を回転自在に支
    持し両側面に複数の円弧が連らなった形状に構成された
    溝を備え支点の位置が自由な梃子と、梃子に備えられた
    溝にかみ合い気侭をなすピンを含み所定の位置に移動可
    能な支点機構と、支へ機構に回転自在に支持され回転軸
    から各辺までの距離が異なる六角形で構成された支点の
    高さを調整するための高さ調整機構とから構成されたこ
    とを特徴とする吸着装置。
