Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ある温度範囲で使用することが要求される被温度制御部
    を収容した、外部と熱抵抗の大きい保温部内に設置され
    、温度検出部により法温部内の所定設定温度に対する温
    度偏差を検出し、検出信号を増幅してトランジスタを動
    作させヒータに流す電流値を制御して、前記トランジス
    タおよびヒータの発熱によって保温部内の温度制御を行
    なう恒温槽制御回路において、前記トランジスタ、温度
    検出部および被温度制御部を熱抵抗の小さい材質で結合
    し、前記ヒータを保温部内部と外部との熱抵抗の小さい
    部分に実装したことを特徴とする恒温槽制御回路。
