量に応じた出力信号を出力する検出部と、前記出力信号
を増幅して所定値以上の電流を負荷に供給し、前記検出
部異常時は最低レベルの出力電流を負荷に供給し、負荷
短絡時は短絡電流が所定値以上にならないようにした入
力インピーダンスの高い増幅部と、供給される電圧にサ
ージ電圧が発生した時にこれを吸収するサージ吸収素子
