入る砥粒が多く、被研摩物の研摩面と接触する砥粒は少
なくなるので、ラッピングの効率が悪いという欠点があ
る。さらに、下ラップ定盤と同様の溝を有する上ラップ
定盤において、砥粒供給孔が溝の交差部ζこ穿設された
場合、パリが発生しやすいため被研摩物の研摩面にキズ
が発生しやすく、このパリを取り除くために上ラップ定
